EnviroTechnical Imaging serves as a contract consultant to real estate investors, public agencies, attorneys and design firms. ETI does not provide architecture, engineering, urban planning or landscape architecture.
Scope of Service Interpret Plans/ Photograph Site/ Render
ETI coordinates with many design consultants. To get started, we need:
- existing site topography
- proposed grading plan
- site design with building footprints
- architectural concepts
Exhibits can be developed a number of ways from a variety of sources.

Contracting STEPS TO WORKING WITH ETI
- Contact ETI to discuss project
- If service looks suitable to assist development, ETI will e-mail proposal
- Review and discuss proposal
- Sign ETI work order-contract and remit retainer payment
- Arrange property access for field visit
- ETI will review site, complete photos and e-mail recommendations
- Review photos and select views to render
- Review rendering via e-mail; verify with engineer and planning team
- Approve pre-final draft images and implement payment for ETI services
- Remit payment for completed services
- ETI will e-mail final images in file formats for uses specified
Large exhibit boards with images can be coordinated by ETI for print and delivery. PowerPoint shows with text, graphics, maps, plans and photos can be produced.
If major changes to project design occur while digital rendering is in progress, notify ETI. Some design changes affect views beng rendered. Some changes do not. ETI can adjust any work order to accommodate revisions.
